Yes, it sure looked like that to me also, though the texture was a bit on the denser side. But then it was also not in shape, and I remembered OG's comments
My opinion is the reconer put together parts, that one is likely not even as good as a generic kit. Waldom generics are 'sorta OK' but real NOS or GPA parts are much better.
